Appointments and Fees

Practice Hours:

Monday – Thursday   08:00 – 17:00
Friday   08:00 – 15:00
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays Closed

Appointments:

Appointments are scheduled to ensure adequate time for full patient care. Each appointment, on average, takes 30 – 45 minutes depending on your condition. Please be at the practice 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary forms.

Fees:

Fees are structured according to the South African Society of Physiotherapy practice codes and vary according to each condition and treatment provided. We aim to charge according to your medical aid’s tariff structure. The patient remains liable for the account until the account has been settled in full. We accept internet banking, all major credit cards and Snapscan payments.Please note that we are a VAT registered Physiotherapy Practice.

Do I need a doctor’s referral for Physiotherapy treatment?

A: No, Physiotherapists are first line practitioners so you do not need a referral from your Doctor

Is the cost of Physiotherapy covered by my medical aid?

A:It depends on the particular plan that you chose.  It is always a good idea to phone your medical aid before you start treatment.

What should I wear?

A:It is important that the physiotherapist can see the affected area to ensure the correct diagnosis and optimal treatment.  Please dress accordingly.
